Crazy Day

Josh isn't going to the Air Force. They sent him back. I'm not going into detail, so just the next time you see him ask him yourself.

So me, Matt and Moises are driving in downtown Merced and this old man tries to cross the street literally right in front of me! I almost hit him! We drove around him and he had the nerve to call me an asshole. To calm ourselves down, we went to Costco and had a bunch of free samples. They were all good. Then we had water to wash it down. Well, Matt had a soda. Before all this chaos happened, me and Moises had Photography 10A. We got our cameras today. Then we had to enlarge a picture from a negative again. It took me a while to do mine cause my picture was a little difficult to do. It was a picture from 8th grade that wasn't even developed at Rite Aid, so I decided to do it myself today. Here are the results:

Next Stop: Air Force

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

As you know, Josh left for Texas this morning. This sucks, cause he was like a brother to me. Hell, he pretty much was my brother. I remember when I first met him 10 years ago in 3rd grade. In 4th grade we were best friends and going over each other's houses. This was back when he was living on Merideth with his single mom and skinny young brother, Nick. Then I remember when his mom go married and they moved to this small ass house in the country. His step-brother, Kyle, lived with them and his sister, Kristen, was already born. They didn't live there for very long. When we were around 12 his family moved over to Ranchwood. Briana was born and then Josh has a never ending list of chores. This cut out a whole lot of free time of hanging out with his friends. That's when I would just go over his house, cause he couldn't leave it. We saw Pokemon the Movie together. Too bad the ending sucked ass. I remember when he was getting involved in a bad crowd. I told Neugenbauer on him. Neugenbauer set him straight. Josh is irreplacable. He can't be replaced like John Allee (Moises). I just hope he knows when he comes back he knows he'll have friends here to welcome him back. To Josh!

Josh gives this post a thumbs up ya'll.

1st Day Of College

Today was my first day of college. After heavy traffic, Moises, Matt and I finally made it to campus. We drove around for about 10 minutes looking for a parking spot. I didn't have a class till 12, so I just walked around the campus. I went to the library, cafeteria, and other places just to kill time. It was almost 12, so I headed over to my Math A class. My teacher is Mr. Meidinger. He's really cool. The only downside to my math class that it's way to easy for me. I shouldn't be in it. It's math that I mastered throughout high school. Everybody in the class is pretty strange. They keep to themselves and fear communication to other students. My next class was Photo 10A. Moises had the class with me. Matt joined us for the hell of it, instead of going to his acting class. Our teacher is Mr. Beymer. He took us to the darkroom and showed us how to make a picture. He had nothing left to show us, so he ended class an hour early. College is pretty awesome. The only thing that bothered me was all the smokers. You just wanna tell them to go in the parking lot or something instead of smoking in the faces of everyone. Another thing that bothered me was people dressing like they're in high school. The whole "thug" look with baggy pants that don't fit, hats wore sideways, and XXL shirts. They look stupid. Grow up. Well, that's pretty much it. That was my first day of college.

A's Game

I went to my 3rd A's game in my life and my 4th baseball game overall. Zito was the starting pitcher and he ended up getting a no decision. Streets got the save despite allowing a home run in the 9th inning. Yep, the A's won 4-3. A's also won today to take the division by 1 game over the Angels. This is a big deal. Personally, I like the Angels, so I don't care who wins the division, as long as both of the teams makes the playoffs I'm happy.

We went to Hooters after the game. Matt and I both got the same thing: fish & chips along with clam chowder soup. The clam chowder was good. The fish was good. The fries sucked. I even put tons of salt and that didn't make a difference for me. Our waitress was obviously not from America as her accient was incredibly strong.

The car drive back to town was fun. The traffic was just flowing. We listened to The Doors and talked about Michael Morgan, Mary Berta and other people that gives us normal people comic relief. Then I got dropped off. Yep, great night.

Rafael Palmeiro

As you may of heard, Orioles 40 year old DH, Rafael Palmeiro, has been tested positive for steroids. This coming after telling Congress straight in the eye and he did not take steroids period. Former MLB star and The Surreal Life star, Jose Canseco, claims he personally injected Rafael Palmeiro with steroids. Somebody is lying here. It could be Conseco or it could be Palmeiro. The way I see it is that you got to be a complete moron to lie to Congress that you didn't take steroids period and then take steroids in your 18th season in the leauge, while trying to become only the 4th player in MLB history to reach 500 home runs and 3,000 hits. A season where Commisioner, Bug Selig, and the other MLB hooligans created a new substance abuse policy, with random testing. This is why I believe Rafael Palmeiro was unknowingly taking steroids. He's not going to jeopardize his career like this. This is the season that decides wheather or not he could be in the Hall of Fame after he retires. These kind of things happen. Sometimes baseball players don't even know what vitamins they're taking. Hey, those aren't vitamins! Those are steroids! Palmeiro is serving his 10 day suspension, without an attempt to appeal. 10 days is the 1st offense of voilating the substance abuse policy. 3rd offense is banishment from the leauge.
